My name's Maya, and I'm not very good at writing introductions. However, I like to think I've got something to offer. I'm just not great at describing what exactly that is. So fingers crossed my blogs can help communicate it.
I'm relatively new to the weightlifting life, but I absolutely love it. I am all about happiness and promoting a healthy lifestyle so if you need some inspiration, look no further! My aim is to provide you with your daily dose of positivity and motivation to keep working for it every damn day. I'm a huge believer that you need to constantly work towards bettering yourself, and self-improvement is something I'm always trying to work on. So I started this blog to work on my creative side and to liven things up a little to keep me sane while completing my Commerce degree. While I am a bit of a health nut, do not be fooled. I REPEAT, do not be fooled as there will most definitely be posts expressing my strong love for chocolate and drinking copious amounts of coffee, amongst many other things.
